1. Software Setup & License Fees

RCPanel provides digital software deployment, domain configuration, branded Android APK compilation, and SSL server provisioning. Once white-label setup engineering has commenced or source license access has been provisioned, setup fees are non-refundable.

2. Failed Transaction Wallet Rollbacks

For transactional services within our multi-recharge and BBPS engines: in the event of an operator-side transaction failure or timeout where the recharge is unfulfilled, RCPanel's automated reconciliation engine automatically rolls back and credits the full transaction amount back to the retailer/API partner wallet balance in real time.

3. Dispute Escalation

For any billing, subscription, or software discrepancy, clients can submit an escalation ticket through their admin console or reach out directly via WhatsApp at +91 9332338086 or by email at info@rcpanel.com.
