1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, deploying, or accessing software platforms, white-label portals, or APIs provided by RC PANEL (trading as RC PANEL), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Software License & White-Label Rights

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to operate the software under their custom domain name. The software is provided as an enterprise technology solution. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized resale of RCPanel core engine code is strictly prohibited.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Merchant Responsibility

RCPanel provides technology and software infrastructure only. Purchasing software does not constitute banking authorization or regulatory financial licensing. Clients operating regulated financial services (such as AEPS, DMT, or BBPS) are solely responsible for obtaining necessary merchant KYC, maintaining legal registrations, and complying with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and NPCI directives.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
